"President Warren G. Harding didn't like daylight saving time. If people want more daylight, he said, they should just wake up earlier" (The Washington Post Marc Fisher).
Hear! Hear! I heartily agree.
Not only did Joseph and I miss the first hour of church (how did this sneak up SO fast this year), I now have a baby and his sleeping and eating schedule (which I took great pains to get him on) is all an hour different now. Do I just switch everything and try to get him do things an hour earlier, or keep his schedule so now he is an hour later?
I just don't understand it and studies show it really hasn't saved any energy. It messes with peoples sleep, and obviously it makes some people (defiantly me) a little cranky!
P.S. I am not a hypocrite.

I wish we could do away with the time changes. I think the worst is falling back but I really don't like either of them.
I don't like the time changes either. We just got Joshua up 1 hour earlier and went through the day like nothing happened. Joshua was really tired though and took an extra nap, and didn't want to go to bed because it was so light in his room. Obviously whoever came up with changing the time didn't have kids.
Good luck with changing his schedule.
That's why I love living in places where they don't have it. I guess it's time for you guys to move to Arizona!
