Fun-tober

October was a really fun month for our little family!

Hiking The "Y"

On October 1st, Joseph and Davey went with our friends Ryan and Ender to hike the "Y." Here's Joseph with Davey and Ender on his lap on the top of the "Y."

Afterwards we enjoyed General Conference weekend.

PUMPKIN LAND

The boys and I went with our friend's the Ellis' to Pumpkin Land. Pumpkin Land is behind a little garden shop and is designed for preschool age kids. There was a mini corn maze and a lot of farm animals. Gordon loved watching all the bunnies. Mostly Davey and Gordon enjoyed playing in the Caterpillar and Little Piggy Houses (as seen below).

And of course there were plenty of Pumpkins!

CORNBELLIES!

The next week, Joseph took Gordon and Davey to Cornbellies (while I went to work). The website said that it was funner than DISNEYLAND! Joseph took the Young Men there for an activity and wanted to take Davey and Gordon. The had a blast (I don't know it it was funner than Disneyland, but it might have been just as fun for the price.)

There was so much to do; I don't even know all that they did, but Joseph said the best part was playing on the wooden bus. I asked Davey what his favorite part was and he said the hayride.

Also in October:

1. Joseph's brother, Mike, and Cousin, Shay came to visit for a weekend. We played lots of games and went shopping in Park City and saw Joseph's Uncle, Brian.

2. I went to the BYU Women in Business Conference with my step-mom, Susan. That was a lot of fun and informational and best of all inspiring.

3. I did a 1 week raw food detox. I was pretty excited that I was able to go a whole week on only raw food. It was fun and healthy!

4. Joseph and my favorite TV show started up: PSYCH! (Also started watching The Sing - Off)

5.The St. Louis Cardinals won the WORLD SERIES!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

On Halloween week, Davey and Gordon got to wear their costumes 3 times. 1st to the library story time; 2nd to the BYU Halloween party and 3. to the ward trunk or treat.
