When selling things on places like Craigslist, please delete the posting once it gets sold.

This will help people trying to buy things so they don't waste their time and hopes. It will also help you so you don't continue to get calls about it.

Also, if somebody calls you about the item you are trying to sell (or have sold) remember common courtesy and call them back, even if its to tell them it has already been sold. Don't just leave them hanging.
