The week we got back from my grandmother's funeral, Joseph and I received notice that we moved to the top of the waiting list for an apartment complex. We had been on the waiting list for about 6 months, ever since our friends moved in and told us about the great deal.
Since then we've been busy packing, cleaning, moving, unpacking and trying to throw a few birthdays and holidays into the mix as well.
We haven't signed up for internet at our new place yet, but I finally inturded myself on to my friend's computer to try and put up a quick blog post.
This morning Gordon took a big step. He had his first bowl of cereal. I've been putting it off for sometime because I didn't want my baby to grow up, but he is one big boy and has been getting up four or five times a night and I finally decided to take the plunge.
Gordon is about a week earlier than Davey was when he had his first baby cereal. Read about Davey's adventure here.
I also bought Gordon some Forumal for Spit-Up to use to mix the cereal up with. Gordon is still spitting up a lot and I am nervous about him choaking on his cereal.
Gordon was really excited and eager for the first three bites, he started losing interest in the next two. I would say it was a sucessful first try, we'll see what tomorrow brings.

I probably would start him on cereal too. You have one heck of a big kid to feed.
In that last picture he looks like he is sitting up by himself too. Big and strong.
